The Corporate Affairs Managers Committee of the Nigeria Insurers Association(CAMCONIA) today held its inaugural meeting at the Secretariat of the NIA after the election of the new EXCO members elected in December, last year to chart a new roadmap for the new year.
In a statement released by the Committee, the new EXCO chaired by Mr. Segun Bankole shared the roadmap of its administration with members for year 2024, which included but not limited to the following:
The committee aimed to strengthen the image of CAMCONIA in the Insurance industry in the country, as well as, ensure that Heads of Insurance companies see the value of corporate communications in their organizations.
The body also seeks a place of relevance in industry-related activities that would help enhance the Association’s contributions to the growth of the insurance industry.
CAMCONIA want to foster good relationship with all industry related parties such as, CIIN, NCRIB, NIA and the regulator, NAICOM and also ensure good collaboration with the insurance media community; Revive and re-vitalize the annual CAMCONIA retreat, as well as, place a premium on the welfare of CAMCONIA members.
